The Vault Catering Company offers a wide variety of menu options and complimentary event coordination for many of the important events of your life including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, retirements, and more. Our experienced and creative staff and award-winning chef have built a reputation for providing food that is both delicious and beautifully presented. We cater small to large events throughout the South Sound including wedding or other receptions, dinner parties, buffet breakfasts or lunches, business meetings, barbecues and picnics. As a full-service on and off-site catering company, The Vault catering team can meet your needs anywhere in the South Puget Sound - your location or ours. Full-Service Catering
Our full-service catering includes menu planning and preparation, set-up and delivery, food and beverage/bar service, and cleanup. We also provide complimentary event coordination and help our clients make their events memorable. We are happy to help with locations, rental of dishes, flatware and glasses, tents, tables and chairs, linens, flowers, themes, games, photographers, entertainment and more. Our goal is to help our clients with all their catering and event-planning needs so they can relax and enjoy themselves.
Fabulous Menus
The Vault offers a wide variety of menu choices for barbecues and picnics to formal dinners and receptions and serves groups ranging from 10 to 500. We can accommodate any appetite with our variety of menu options featuring light hors d'oeurves such as bacon-wrapped scallops, to extensive brunch buffets to conversation-starting dinners of hand-carved prime rib with all the trimmings. We can also work with you to develop a custom menu of your choosing. Fresh ingredients and expert preparation are the hallmarks of The Vault Catering Company. Costs and Terms
We offer our clients a variety of menu options and costs. The menus are priced per person and are subject to an 18% service charge and 8.5% sales tax. Off-premise locations may be subject to additional charges when applicable. Deposit and payment requirements are outlined in our event contracts.
